B.I.O. Leadership Training Program

This advanced program places the responsibility for the leadership of the organization within each of the individuals, from the CEO all way through to the newest employee. The knowledge of the 7 Response~abilities of Wealth-Health Investment will provide the framework to create truly great work groups.

Everyone will participate in a basic two-hour course to begin the understanding of the 7 Response~abilities
Scientifically validated assessment tools [Resiliency Map™, for executives; EQ Map®, for managers and supervisors; StressMap® for all other employees] will be used to pinpoint strengths and vulnerabilities in order to create a plan to go to the championship team level
A 21-day program will commence with two hours/week of group training for three weeks and daily motivation throughout

RealTime Coaching™ is a preferred foundation, but B.I.O. Leadership Training can be taken alone if desired.
