Each participant receives a thirty-five page report that profiles their behavior strengths, blind spots, and motivating values.

Each participant will receive a 30-45 minute confidential review of their profile prior to the workshop. In addition, each will receive a RealTime Coaching manual that is filled with commentary and reference material that will help them practice their coaching long after the workshop. Also, RealTime Coaching is demonstrated in unique video segments that show the coaching dialogue in action.

The RealTime Coaching workshop is a two-day program. We include a full-year follow-up at no additional charge.
On day one, participants will learn why people do what they do and how to adapt their style for effective coaching. On day two, they will put into action what they have learned and will practice using the RealTime Coaching process in a friendly learning environment. There will be discussion about personally relevant coaching situations.
